As our growth continues within the Irish market, Symetri now have an exciting opening for the following position: Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and SharePoint Systems Administrator. 

AUTODESK CONSTRUCTION CLOUD (ACC) AND SHAREPOINT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support for Global Engineering digital systems, global BIM/VDC programs, and lifecycle and capital activities across a Global Portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to one of our customers on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic team in Limerick.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) site management (eg. rollout updates, create new sites, audit,– archive or merge sites as needed, run reports)
  • Manage licenses and access to Autodesk applications
  • Manage users and roles within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Management of the Global Engineering Knowledge Systems (eg. SharePoint)
  • Support Business Owner with Change Management, Upgrades, Service Desk Ticket Resolution, Verification/Testing Requirement and Internal & External Audits
  • Support Business Owner with training strategy and curriculums of the Engineering Applications
  • Facilitate Service requests and verify installations of applications.
  • Partner with IT for software packaging, user testing, software upgrades, DR, Assessments, etc.
  • Partner with software and service vendors to implement required tools and systems solutions
  • Author Standards & Procedural Documents
  • Partner with Business Owner to develop User Requirements and coordinate Acceptance Testing
  • Support Global Engineering Digital Strategy

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM360
  • Experience in engineering tools and systems (Autodesk applications including Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Vault
  • Familiarity with Field Image Capturing Solutions
  • Candidates must be effective in both a team environment and an individual contributor role
  • Works with limited supervision on the accomplishment of agreed upon goals and objectives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; able to prioritise tasks to meet multiple deadline
  • Excellent planning, organising, analysis and problem-solving skills. Strong background and understanding in the planning and execution of capital projects
