Anthony Condon

Anthony is the Digital Construction Manager at PJ Hegarty & Sons building contractors who operate out of Ireland and the UK delivering large complex projects in all sectors, including commercial, pharmaceutical, high-tech, hotel/leisure, residential and civil engineering.

Anthony has extensive experience coordinating, managing, and delivering complex BIM and Digital projects across Ireland and internationally. He has extensive knowledge and experience gained over 20 years as BIM Manager, which assists him in developing and deploying BIM and digital solutions on projects. Anthony leads a team of BIM & Digital Construction Leads across all of PJ Hegarty projects.

Eoghan Harris

Digital Operations Manager for mac-group, specialists in construction management for construction and fitout of commercial, logistic and pharmaceutical buildings, M+E fitout and CAT A & B fit out. He has specialised in Autodesk Design and Construction Software for 25 years, beginning with Procad / Symetri, Limerick in 1998, and working as a BIM specialist for various design and construction firms utilising a range of Autodesk software solutions. His latest project was hosted on ACC build / take off and collaborate pro as part of a company-wide digitalization roadmap.

Jan Tore Bugge

Jan Tore Bugge is the Product Manager of Naviate for Revit. Jan Tore has many years’ experience from the computer tech industry within the AEC field. With a passion for helping people implement better workflows and methodology for a quality outcome.

Laura Keyes

Laura Keyes is a Digital Information Manager at Framespace Solutions who are one of Ireland’s leading LGS manufacturers & installers. She specializes in digitising and automating processes in order to create lean and efficient information flows throughout the company. Laura is responsible for the overall integration of software systems throughout the project lifecycle.

Deborah Moynihan

As a Customer Development Consultant at Symetri, Deborah provides consultancy services to new and existing customers to address their business needs.

Deborah's primary area of expertise lies within the AEC Industry, where they leverage an extensive knowledge of the product portfolio to identify tailored solutions for navigating complex industry challenges such as Autodesk AEC products, Autodesk Construction Cloud and Symetri's own technology, Naviate.

Prior to Deborah’s role at Symetri, she held the position of BIM Manager at a prominent architectural practice, accumulating over 15 years of invaluable experience in the architectural industry.

Jason Rymer

Originally from Sydney, Australia, Jason obtained his bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he has worked on numerous large and complex projects across various sectors.

Since 2015, he has specialised in digital construction delivery, taking on the responsibility of implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM), digital tools, Common Data Environment (CDE) systems, and field-based application processes at an organizational level. Jason played a crucial role in developing the company's internal Information Management processes, leading to the achievement of the PAS1192 certification in 2018. Furthermore, in 2019, he contributed to the organisation becoming one of the first Irish companies to transition to the ISO19650 certification, positioning them as pioneers in digital project delivery within the Irish construction industry.

In recent years, he has directed his efforts towards innovation and process improvements to enhance digital project delivery, particularly in the areas of information management, structured data, and project analytics.

Sean O’Dwyer

Sean is AEC Division Manager at Symetri – Ireland’s leading software provider. Sean has worked in the Irish Construction Industry for over 25 years, with experience in Civil and Structural Engineering. He has extensive experience in the fields of BIM, Lean Construction and implementing new workflows, ISO 19650 and BIM certification. A respected digital innovator in his field who specialises in integrating new digital tools and workflows to enhance client capabilities.

Ger O'Sullivan

Ger is an AEC Technical Specialist for Symetri Ireland, with a wealth of experience in the field of engineering and construction. Having spent six years with the company, he has become an expert in several key areas, including BIM360, Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud. His focus is on providing top-quality training and implementation services for customers looking to incorporate these cutting-edge technologies into their workflows.

Maria is an AEC Technical Specialist for the last 4 years at Symetri, where she has become a leading authority in Building Information Modelling (BIM). Her expertise spans a range of cutting-edge software, including BIM 360, ACC, Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk AutoCAD, as well as Autodesk Navisworks, ISO 19650, Dynamo, and Naviate, showcasing her versatility in AEC projects.
At Symetri, Maria has worked with her customers in implementing and supporting BIM 360 and ACC solutions, enhancing project efficiency and collaboration.
Maria's role involves providing comprehensive support for all Autodesk products, optimising client workflows for seamless operations. She is also an Autodesk certified trainer in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and ACC promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Her proficiency and commitment to exceptional service ensure that clients receive top-notch expertise and support, leading to successful projects.
